Araya emerged as a prestigious real estate development by Inversiones Graza Blanca, designed to redefine luxury living in the Canary Islands. Collaborating closely with renowned photographer Freddy Lautaro Seidel, Antonio Sotillo led the creative direction, developing a unified and distinctive branding that would resonate across various promotional materials.
Objectives
1. Brand Identity Creation: Develop a unique and elegant brand identity that reflects the architectural sophistication of the Araya development.
2. Marketing Materials Production: Design and produce a range of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, diptychs, and business cards to effectively communicate the project’s prestige.
3. Website Development: Create a central digital hub for the project to showcase the development and attract potential investors and residents.

Antonio undertook the challenge of encapsulating the expanding aspirations of Inversiones Graza Blanca within the real estate sector. The project required a design that not only unified the distinct characteristics of the two multi-unit developments but also projected an air of upscale elegance. A sleek black design palette was chosen to signify architectural and design excellence, providing a cohesive and striking visual identity across all platforms.
