CANARY BIKE ADVENTURE
Canary Bike Adventure was conceptualized as an innovative motorcycle rental service in Gran Canaria. This project was aimed at analyzing competitors in the region to develop differentiated all-inclusive tour packages that cater to motorcycle enthusiasts seeking unique experiences in the Canary Islands.
Objectives
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct an in-depth market analysis to understand and outperform regional competitors.
- Service Development: Design a range of travel packages that include logistics management from airport pickup to accommodations, meals, and top-tier motorcycle rentals.
- Comprehensive Branding and Platform Development: Develop the entire brand platform, from the physical layout of the depot and store to uniforms, website, business cards, and ID lanyards, synthesizing the brand’s identity across all touchpoints.
